Android Engineer

About the Position

At the core of the role, we are always interested in connecting with experienced Android Developers who are open to new opportunities in the Czech Republic.

We work with a range of clients across industries such as banking, finance, telecommunications, and other enterprise environments, helping them build and enhance modern mobile applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new features based on business and technical requirements
• Ensure high-quality code (readability, structure, low defect rate)
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to design efficient solutions
• Maintain and update technical documentation
• Actively contribute to improvements and evolution of the platform
• Take ownership of proposed solutions and their implementation

Core Skills

• Strong experience in Android development with Kotlin for at least 3 years
• Knowledge of KMP within real projects
• Good understanding of modern architectures (MVVM/MVI, Clean Architecture)
• Experience with Coroutines, Flow, RxJava
• Knowledge of Compose and REST API integration
• Understanding of mobile application security and best practices
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Czech or Slovak language required
• Intermediate English (for documentation and communication)
