About the Role

As APAC Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and shape our Talent Acquisition strategy across APAC, with a primary focus on Vietnam.

Your mission is simple: put the right talent in the right roles at the right time.

You will own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, strengthen our sourcing and assessment practices, and ensure a great candidate experience. You will also lead and develop the TA team while remaining hands-on with critical and senior hires.

Working closely with business leaders across APAC, you will play an important role in building GFT as a world-class digital banking and technology organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute the APAC Talent Acquisition strategy in line with business and workforce needs.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing TA team.
  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to deliver quality and timely hiring.
  • Build strong talent pipelines, particularly for technology and senior positions.
  • Strengthen recruitment practices, including interviewing, candidate assessment, and candidate experience.
  • Use recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring decisions and TA performance.
  • Partner with Employer Branding to strengthen GFT's talent attraction strategy.
  • Manage recruitment agencies, budget, and key TA metrics.
  • Lead TA reporting, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience, including experience leading a TA team or function.
  • Experience in IT, technology, digital, or outsourcing environments.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach - comfortable shaping strategy while staying close to recruitment when needed.
  • Strong understanding of technology talent markets and recruitment practices.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence hiring managers and business leaders.
  • Comfortable working with recruitment data, ATS, and sourcing tools.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Pragmatic, collaborative, and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for people and talent.

We Offer

You will work with talented people across technology and business in an international environment, with opportunities to collaborate across APAC and contribute to challenging, high-impact projects.
