Responsibilities

Work closely with business process owners and key users to map out the needs and identify bottlenecks.
Translate these needs into functional specifications, collaborating with the technical team on potential custom solutions.
Configure the HR modules (e.g., payroll, time tracking, performance management, etc.) based on the client’s requirements.
Advise clients on optimizations and efficiency improvements with your expertise in D365 HR.
Deliver workshops, user manuals, and training for HR teams and managers to ensure optimal system usage.
Play a crucial role throughout the entire implementation lifecycle, aiming for a high-quality result and a satisfied client.

Requirements

Solid knowledge of Dynamics 365 Human Resources.
Passion for digital transformation and HR processes.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch.
Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in team collaboration.
Problem-solving skills in challenging environments.
Hands-on mentality and interest in technological developments.
