Our WMS helps 3PLs, retailers and logistics providers turn their warehouses into a competitive advantage.

The role

As an Application Consultant at Extenda Retail, you will work closely with our clients and act as a product expert, helping them understand and make the most of our solution. You will work with well-known companies across logistics, retail and e-commerce, analyzing their needs and translating them into functional requirements that shape the solution. With a strong understanding of workflows, processes and the logistics industry, you will be at the heart of the business, helping our clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients to understand and maximize our solution
• Analyze client needs and translate them into functional requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver valuable solutions
• Contribute to the development and optimization of logistics flows

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science/Logistics or equivalent experience
• An understanding of WMS and/or ERP systems
• Knowledge of Java, C# or Typescript
• Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written

Nice to Have

• Experience in the logistics and supply chain industry
• Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
