Application Trainer

About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated Application Trainer to join our team at Brainlab. This role involves providing on-site and classroom-based training for our radiotherapy products, specifically ExacTrac Dynamic and ExacTrac Surface. The ideal candidate will work closely with Radiation Oncologists, Medical Physicists, Radiation Therapists, Dosimetrists, and Administrators.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site customer and classroom-based trainings on the use of radiotherapy products.
• Provide on-site guidance and assistance to radiation therapists, physicians, and medical physicists during patient treatments.
• Deliver On-Site Applications Training (OAT) Courses.
• Provide all necessary documents to customers for Brainlab applications.
• Assess customer’s initial and ongoing training needs and propose solutions.
• Maintain certification level for specific course delivery.
• Continuously improve knowledge regarding BL Products and Clinical workflows.
• Grow the Brainlab Education business and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a product knowledge resource for respective applications.
• Support the Instructional Design team with curriculum design of course materials.
• Communicate courteously with all customers and team members.
• Set a professional example within the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferably in Radiation Therapy, Medical Dosimetry, Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of clinical experience in the field of Radiation Therapy preferred.
• 2-3 years of technical training/education experience in a professional or academic environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High comfort level with software and technology.
• Strong sense of professionalism.
• Works well in a team environment and individually.
• Works with minimal supervision.
• Committed to quality with excellent attention to detail.
• Maintains corporate confidentiality.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a proven history of making independent decisions.
• Willingness to travel frequently (50% - 75%+).
