Responsibilities

• Learn how digital business processes are planned, implemented and improved.
• Support the analysis and documentation of workflows within the company.
• Work with our consultants and the IT team to interconnect data and systems optimally.
• Contribute to internal digitalisation projects, from process optimisation to the introduction of new tools.
• Help design interfaces between IT, development and administration.
• Work with modern applications and learn how to evaluate and use data effectively.

Requirements

• (or will soon have) a good secondary school leaving certificate, technical college entrance qualification or the Abitur.
• Interest in IT, data management and business operations.
• Enjoy analytical work, have a good grasp of numbers and an eye for structures.
• Communicative, willing to learn and bring your own ideas for digitalising processes.
• Basic knowledge of IT and Office applications is an advantage.
