Industrial Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Would you like to understand how international projects are planned, organised, and successfully delivered? Are you interested in business and organisation, and would you like to work for a company whose technologies are used worldwide in sports, entertainment, and media productions? Then the apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant at RIEDEL is exactly right for you.

During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will learn about the commercial processes of an internationally successful technology company. You will work across different departments, organise processes, support exciting projects, and gain insights into Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and many other teams. This will give you a comprehensive understanding of how international collaboration works and how ideas become successful projects.

Responsibilities

• Get to know different departments such as Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Project Management
• Plan, organise, and actively help shape commercial processes
• Support national and international projects as part of a team
• Prepare quotations, coordinate orders, and support business processes
• Work with modern ERP systems and digital tools
• Experience collaboration with colleagues from different countries
• Learn how our teams work together to ensure our communication solutions are successfully used worldwide in sports, entertainment, and media productions

Requirements

• Interest in economic relationships and business processes
• Enjoyment of organising, planning, and coordinating
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• A careful and responsible way of working
• Initiative, willingness to learn, and reliability
