About the Position
Arabic Project Coordinator – Junior
BLEND is currently looking for an Arabic Project Coordinator – Junior position. The role is remote, working from home and from the MLS office in Petach Tikva, Israel.
Responsibilities
The Arabic Project Coordinator is responsible for the administrative and logistical aspects of translation projects for the public sector. This includes:
- Managing the translation team, including assigning tasks and tracking progress.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
- Launching and managing projects, from start to finish.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Embedding and implementing the translated text in various technological programs.
Requirements
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent written skills
- Fluent in English – excellent reading and writing skills
- Hebrew – Excellent/ Mother tongue level
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
