About the Position
We are looking for a candidate to fill the position of architect to join our team, which specializes in the construction of residential and commercial real estate.
Responsibilities
- Architectural design and supervision of residential and commercial projects
- Work on exterior/interior design and author supervision
- Design and development of architectural drawings
- Communication with departments to monitor work progress, find solutions, and carry out tasks.
Requirements
- A higher education degree in architecture
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a related position
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD
- Knowledge of Revit is preferred
- Experience in preparing architectural drawings
- Ability to create interior and exterior visualizations
- Knowledge of modern building materials, decorative materials, and construction technologies.
