SMM Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced professional to expand our real estate marketing team. You will be responsible for promoting the brand and commercial real estate properties on social media.

Responsibilities

• Managing social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for several brands/properties simultaneously
• Planning and developing content plans with each project's goals in mind
• Segmenting and analyzing audiences to improve communication effectiveness
• Writing text content (posts, stories, captions, video scripts)
• Visiting locations for photo and video shoots (either independently with a mobile phone or camera, if available, or with a professional team)
• Organizing shoots with videographers, photographers, and company managers
• Selection of contractors (photographers, videographers, make-up artists, models, etc.) and coordination of large filming processes
• Monitoring trends on social networks, adapting them to brand content
• Creating photos and videos using AI tools
• Editing photos and videos for social media (both independently and by assigning tasks to contractors)
• Launching and configuring post-promotion on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (targeting segmented audiences)

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SMM or content marketing (preferably with several projects simultaneously)
• Understanding of how social networks work and the algorithms of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Creativity, the ability to create engaging content and find trending ideas
• Basic photo and video shooting skills on a mobile phone
• Experience in organizing shoots and working with contractors (videographers, photographers, models)
• Understanding of the basics of targeted advertising and working with advertising accounts
• Experience working with video editing and photo editing software
• Experience creating content using AI (MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, CapCut, etc.) is desirable
• Skills in working with planning and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Organisational skills, responsibility, ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
