About the Position

Join TMC as an Architectural Consultant in 's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands. Oversee architectural projects with a focus on project management and property care.

Responsibilities

As a Building Consultant at TMC Civil Engineering and Architecture, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing a variety of interesting projects
• Fully specializing in project management and property care
• Tasks include maintenance management, project management, and demolition management

Requirements

• Completed education in HBO Architecture
• Experience in advising and managing architectural projects
• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail

• Salary €3,200 - €5,000 gross per month
