About the Position
We are currently seeking an Application Architect for our client, an international financial company based in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining web applications and interfaces within the corporate architecture;
- Technical coordination of a multi-person developer team on projects and managing all technical aspects of ongoing projects;
- Collaborating with the global architecture team and the Product Development team to identify functional requirements and implement them;
- Designing architecture based on the latest frameworks;
- Dividing project work and distributing tasks to developers;
- Monitoring the progress of development work;
- Coordinating the delivery of solutions to the production environment;
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role;
- Several years of experience in creating application architecture in JAVA;
- Experience in developing distributed, scalable, high-performance solutions in SOA architecture;
- Expert knowledge in JAVA 8 (JEE, Spring, XML, XSLT, HTML, Spring WebFlow, Spring Webservices, Servlets, JDBC, Struts, JDBC, Axis, JSF);
- Advanced knowledge in the areas of web application security, session management, relational databases, Linux environment, JBoss, and browser compatibility;
- Experience in projects implemented using agile methodologies (SCRUM);
- Experience in project implementation from requirements analysis to implementation phase;
- Very good knowledge of the English language;
