ARCHITEKT / LEAD – Generative AI (LLM / RAG / LangChain)

About the Position

We are currently seeking a Generative AI Architect / Lead for our client, a tech company, in Warsaw. This role is pivotal in shaping the AI strategy and designing language model solutions.

You will be instrumental in creating the AI strategy and designing solutions based on language models, vector databases, and tools for evaluating model responses.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to direct the AI development in the organization, rather than just executing tasks assigned by others.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing Generative AI architecture (LLM, RAG, automation);
• Standardizing and optimizing the use of AI tools in the organization;
• Selecting technologies and frameworks (e.g., LangChain / LlamaIndex);
• Choosing and implementing vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate);
• Designing tools for monitoring and automatic evaluation of model responses (Langfuse, Ragas, Evals, etc.);
• Experimenting with new AI technologies and identifying potential AI applications;
• High autonomy, real impact, access to the latest AI technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions in production environments;
• Managerial experience (technical or project) is welcome;
• Knowledge of frameworks (LangChain / LlamaIndex);
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone / Qdrant / Weaviate);
• Experience with AI monitoring and evaluation tools (Langfuse, Ragas, DeepEval, Evals, and similar);
• Ability to independently conduct experiments and select solutions;
• Very good knowledge of English;
