Responsibilities

• Responsibility for electrical maintenance activities in the assigned area, ensuring system availability and cost optimization.
• Technical guidance for internal and external employees in the assigned area.
• Safety training and control for third-party companies.
• Point of contact for third-party companies on-site.
• Continuous analysis and improvement of troubleshooting and maintenance processes.
• Development and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans in collaboration with the Reliability Department.
• Optimization of maintenance intervals and methods.
• Spare parts procurement for systems in the own area of responsibility.
• Analysis, planning, and documentation of all maintenance activities using the maintenance software "MAXIMO".
• Close cooperation and coordination with production.
• Technical development of systems in the area of responsibility.
• Organization and management of major repairs in the area of responsibility.
• Technical training for internal employees in the system or area of responsibility.
• Participation in an active standby system.

Requirements

• Vocational training as an industrial electrician or similar, and a degree as an industrial master or state-certified technician in the field of electrical engineering.
• Several years of experience in the diagnosis and repair of industrial automation systems.
• Knowledge of Siemens S5, S7, and TIA Portal control systems.
• Experience in programming and optimizing industrial automation systems.
• Proven skills in conducting small modernization projects.
• Work authorization in systems up to 1,000 volts.
• Very good German skills (C1 level) and good English skills.
• Proficiency in using the SAP system.
• Knowledge in drive technology.
• Focus on cost optimization.
• High degree of motivation, independence, and team spirit.
• Convincing appearance and excellent communication skills.
• Results-oriented approach and hands-on mentality.
• Safety awareness and role model function in daily work.
