Assistant Manager - TS (Concrete)

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Technical Service in Concrete to join our global team at Sika, a leading specialty chemicals company. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our admixtures meet the specific needs of our customers, including ready-mix concrete producers, contractors, and precast producers.

Responsibilities

• Product Approval: Lead the approval process for new and existing customers, driving sales growth.
• Product Development: Understand and align product development with customer requirements.
• Mix Designs: Create mix designs tailored to customer specifications.
• Laboratory Testing: Conduct tests on concrete, aggregates, and cement.
• Record Keeping: Record, analyze, certify, and prepare summaries of test findings.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues or complaints.
• Technical Support: Provide on-site technical support to customers and contractors.
• Product Demonstrations: Engage in product demonstrations and testing.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team in conducting site trials.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscape.
