About the Position
We are seeking an Associate with 5+ years of experience in dispute resolution and investigations to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Engage in cross-border disputes and investigations
- Provide legal counsel and support in resolving complex legal issues
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective case management
Requirements
- Degree in Law from a leading Ukrainian University
- Professional experience in dispute resolution and/or investigations 5+ years
- Attorney License is a must
- Fluency in English and Ukrainian is a must
- LLM with a foreign law school is a plus
- Experience in an international or top-ranked Ukrainian law firm is a must
- Confidence in developing and maintaining relationships with clients
- Strong organizational skills and experience of team management and supervision
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and legal writing skills
