About the Position
We are seeking a Project Manager for Financial Process Automation to lead a project in our finance department for 1-1.5 years. The role can be remote or based in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of the project for automating financial processes
- Gathering and aligning requirements for the system with the finance team and IT
- Organizing interactions with external consultants and internal teams
- Monitoring the completion of key project stages
- Participation in testing and implementation of new solutions
- Supporting the team during the transition to new processes
Requirements
- Higher education in finance or related fields
- Experience in implementing ERP systems
- Experience with automation projects for financial or business processes
- Understanding of key financial processes of the company
- Experience in interacting with IT teams and external contractors
- Ability to coordinate the work of multiple project participants and organize the process
