Associate Consultant, Netcompany Application Services (Swedish speaking)

About the Position

At Netcompany, we’re looking for recent graduates with a bachelor’s degree who want a challenging, social, and fast-developing start to their career as an Associate Consultant. Do you want to help build some of Denmark’s most complex and business-critical IT solutions - in a role where software development, project management, and close client collaboration shape your everyday work?

The Associate Consultant role exists across both Application Services and Consulting. The main difference lies in how you work with clients and solutions, and which setup fits your interests best - either a more project-oriented environment (Consulting) or a more long-term, team- and solution-driven setup (Application Services).

Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant, you’ll help translate client needs into the right technical solutions. We use the technologies that best fit the project and the client, so it’s important that you enjoy working with new and varied technologies and domains while continuously developing your skill set.

Your tasks and responsibilities will vary from project to project and evolve over time, but your day-to-day work will typically include:

• Building and developing frameworks and integrations
• Implementing features in the user interface
• Configuring and developing extensions for enterprise platforms
• Automating business processes, for example through batch jobs
• Developing tools and scripts for large-scale data migrations

Requirements

• University degree at bachelor’s or master’s level in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a similar field
• Solid technical skills within object-oriented programming
• Foundational understanding of software development and a strong willingness to grow your competencies
• Analytical thinking, initiative, and structured work approach
