About the Position

Associate Core People Operations

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Associate in People Operations to manage and resolve complex employee issues related to Social Insurance and the labor office. This role involves handling all governmental inspections related to People Operations and addressing findings, gaps, and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Managing onboarding and offboarding formalities.
• Managing medical insurance activities for all employees.
• Managing payroll effects and ensuring no failures in the reported data.
• Handling end-to-end social insurance for employees.
• Creating an accurate tracker for all employees' social insurance status.
• Generating periodic reports on the updated status of social insurance.
• Managing the employee files archiving system.
• Handling all governmental inspections.
• Identifying findings and gaps from inspections and working to resolve them.
• Reviewing new joiners' hiring documents and ensuring they are completed.
• Generating reports related to inspections and their results.
• Staying updated on labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• University degree in HR or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of Core People Operations experience and Social Insurance handling issues.
• Knowledge of local employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously.
• Strong personal and work ethics.
