Responsibilities

In this role, you will be assigned to support Whitepay and its affiliates, assisting in driving international corporate, commercial, and regulatory initiatives.

• Assisting the legal team in providing comprehensive legal and regulatory support for products and strategic business workflows.
• Conducting deep-dive legal research on international corporate, commercial, and regulatory questions to back business initiatives and leadership decisions.
• Preparing and performing the initial review of international commercial contracts, agreements, internal policies, and corporate documentation.
• Helping to identify, monitor, and assess operational, legal, and compliance risks across company operations.
• Managing day-to-day legal paperwork, such as preparing powers of attorney, corporate letters, and maintaining internal archives.
• Collaborating across departments to resolve assigned operational legal tasks and cross-team workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in corporate and commercial law (in-house or law firm).
• Solid experience in drafting and reviewing international commercial contracts, corporate resolutions, and organizational documents.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills (including utilizing AI-tools), with the ability to translate complex legal issues into concise, clear business summaries.
• Good understanding of compliance frameworks, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements.
• Highly self-motivated, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working across multiple legal jurisdictions and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (oral, written, legal).

• Experience working with EU laws, cross-border frameworks, or international legal systems.
• Experience or background working with the Fintech or Digital Asset regulations.
• Prior in-house experience in an international tech or financial company.
