Associate, CRM

About the Position

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Vendor CRM team as an individual contributor for 6 months. If you are interested in getting first-hand exposure to how CRM communications work in a global tech company, then this is the right opportunity for you. The ideal candidate is independent and comfortable handling multiple projects and conversations with regional and local stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist and execute regional automated campaigns using our CRM tool
• Assist with regional campaign performance analysis and gather insights continuously to maintain industry benchmarks
• Work closely with local teams with regards to content creation and translations
• Own and drive strategic projects (be it on a regional or local level), to collaborate with different stakeholders to improve vendor engagement

Requirements

• Proactiveness and a keen eagerness to learn, as we work with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Google Docs. Prior experience with CRM tools like Insider or Braze is a big plus.
• Comfortable with data analysis
• Demonstrate excellent organizational abilities; ability to take initiative, work autonomously, problem-solve, collaborate with others, and prioritize the completion of assigned tasks
• Meticulous with an attention to detail
• Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Marketing/Business Education background preferred
