About the Position

Associate Manager, ProAssure Services (Remote)

At Stryker, we are looking for a dedicated Associate Manager, ProAssure Services to join our team. This role is pivotal in guiding a team of ProAssure Specialists, ensuring the successful administration of Vocera solutions for our healthcare clients. This is a player/coach role that involves direct management, system administration, and collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and Lead: Guide a team of ProAssure Specialists responsible for the administration of Vocera solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technical account managers, clinical account managers, technical support, and professional services.
• Process Development: Create, implement, and monitor processes to ensure consistent practices and knowledge sharing.
• Customer Relations: Maintain positive relationships with customer contract sponsors and ensure satisfactory service delivery.
• System Administration: Perform tasks such as database maintenance, solution operationalization, training, device management, and troubleshooting.
• Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to team and customers through various means including conference calls, site visits, and written reports.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, Technology, Business, or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of clinical or healthcare IT (HIT) industry experience and 2 years of leading teams or demonstrated experience in mentoring and/or coaching.
• Citizenship: US Citizenship required.

Nice to Have

• Account Management: Demonstrated experience in account management or customer success.
• Government Experience: Experience working with the Department of Defense (DOD) and Veterans Affairs (VA) health systems.
