Associate Marketing

About the Position

We are looking for an Associate Marketing to join Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, to support advertising campaigns and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing local advertising, promotional campaigns, and event management as per the department quarterly plan, brand guidelines, and budget.
• Ensure that the company is well positioned as a brand in the local market and reaches the right audience to optimize market share.
• Ensure that brand awareness, base expansion (acquisitions), and frequency (orders) are the focal results for any social media activity.
• Identify and build relationships with the right set of Influencers in the market, with monthly engaging activities on an Influencer Base.
• Develop a content calendar which suits the brand guidelines and is aligned with the annual marketing calendar, taking into consideration the seasonal, local, and international occasions.
• Ability to edit and take UGC & EGC footage with minor video and editing skills.
• On-ground social coverage for events and activations ensuring to keep the content very relatable to the remixer audience.
• Be able to identify new trends on social media that allow for brand exposure and local relevance.
• Monitor the response of customer inquiries and comments on all Social Media platforms within 3 hours.
• Continuously be aware of the latest trends and events taking place and evaluate if and how Talabat brand can be impactful in its presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
• A passionate marketer, efficient, and creative! With a minimum experience of 1 year in Marketing.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and skilled at prioritizing to deliver effective solutions rather than create bottlenecks.
• Energized by ambiguity and eager to learn continuously on the job.
