Associate Principal - Architecture

About the Position

We are seeking an Associate Principal - Architecture with 13 years of IT experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience on Azure Infrastructure for a role in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in On-prem/Public cloud Infrastructure assessments using Azure Migrate
• Driving cloud solutioning and Azure activities for large, complex migrations
• Ensuring that the proposed solution covers Azure strategy, stakeholder management, and the actual solution covering Business Application and Infrastructure
• Providing the Azure target architecture and its BoM pricing and licensing-related details
• Migrating on-premise workloads to Azure using Azure Migrate
• Troubleshooting experience with Azure Windows environments, processor, networking, clusters, I/O, memory, etc., related issues
• Hands-on experience with Terraform scripting, execution, and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud Migration

  • PowerShell scripting execution and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps (e.g., Pipeline invoke)
  • Good knowledge on Puppet
  • Design data storage solutions
  • Design business continuity/DR solutions
  • Design identity governance and monitoring solutions
  • Work with internal stakeholders, customer stakeholders, and project managers to understand migration requirements and provide solutions accordingly
  • Knowledge and experience on RiverMeadow (good to have)

  • AZ305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions
