About the Position
Within the Swiss-Ukrainian E-Governance for Accountability and Participation Program (EGAP), East Europe Foundation announces a vacancy for the position of Associate Product Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Product Owner in the construction and implementation of the product roadmap, as well as with research, development of requirements, and communication with developers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, design, business analysis, and data analytics) to improve user experience.
- Conduct market research.
- Write requirements for development, participate in creating product requirements from idea to implementation.
- Create scenarios and guides for interviews, conduct them with users.
- Help analyze user behavior and their interaction with the product.
- Work on non-typical tasks together with the Product Owner, for example, implementing the Dream in schools or teacher training.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience (product manager, product owner, project manager, product marketing manager) in conducting research, forming requirements, working with metrics.
- Experience developing web or mobile B2C applications in a product team.
- Ability to conduct user interviews.
- Willingness to take initiative and grow.
- Ability to be attentive to details.
- Experience with management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana).
- Knowledge of English at the B2 level and above.
Nice to Have
- Work with analytical platforms (Amplitude, Google Analytics, Firebase).
- Experience working on a product in the educational field.
