Associate, Product Operations

About the Position

We are looking for an Associate, Product Operations to join our Product Operations department at HungerStation. This role is an Individual Contributor (IC1) position, reporting directly to the Product Operations Manager. The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to optimizing the overall user experience, enhancing operational processes, and supporting product managers in achieving HungerStation's core objectives (ABCs).

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members through analytical tasks, research, and information gathering.
• Advise stakeholders on product usage and resolve routine requests and bugs through cross-functional coordination.
• Operationalize the "Voice of the Vendor" by building feedback loops into the product development cycle.
• Support product launches and implementations by keeping stakeholders aligned on timelines and critical information.
• Participate in testing new features, updates, and bug fixes to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to and positively influence product roadmaps by articulating clear problem statements derived from feedback and data analysis.

Requirements

• Emirati with a Family Book.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Practical understanding of API technology, API testing tools (such as Postman), XML/JSON technologies, and data analysis tools.

• Strictly follow all internal policies, procedures, and processes.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across processes and practices.
• Uphold a high-performance working environment aligned with HungerStation’s values.
• Interact with vendors and riders externally, and collaborate with various HungerStation stakeholders internally.
