About the Position

Associate, Vendor Onboarding

Join foodpanda, a part of the Delivery Hero Group, as a Vendor Onboarding Associate. We are on a mission to deliver an amazing experience-fast, easy, and to your door. With operations in around 65 countries worldwide and headquartered in Berlin, Germany, we are the world’s pioneering local delivery platform.

Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy tablets with local SIM cards
• Communicate with vendors and provide proper training, either on-site or at the office
• Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary project point of contact
• Monitor stock levels of tablets and paper rolls
• Coordinate bug reports and change requests, including vendor-facing and internal-facing projects
• Inform the line manager and finance department about damaged, lost, or stolen tablets and whether to be replaced
• Maintain good relations with vendors and other third parties
• Report the process and progress to the line manager and supervisors
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/English or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing web and mobile consumer projects as a project/tech. specialist in an e-commerce company. Plus points if you have worked in a similar organization like ours
• Sense of urgency, pragmatism, and a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Analytical mindset and skill set
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, and Confluence is preferable
• Strong relationships and interpersonal skills are a must
• Happy to work in a changing and fast-paced environment
• High motivation and an excellent team player
• Willing to learn and explore new tools
