About the Role

Join indasys IT Systemhaus Gruppe as an apprentice for System Integration in Stuttgart, Baden-Württemberg. Gain hands-on experience in IT systems planning, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Accompany our specialists in their daily work and be assigned diverse and exciting tasks.
Responsible for the planning and configuration of IT systems.
Install and set up hardware components, operating systems, and networks according to customer requirements.
Assist users with application problems using modern diagnostic systems when issues arise.
In the first year of training, you will go through all six teams of the Enterprise IT Services department – here you will learn from the best and continuously expand and deepen your knowledge.
In the second year, you will work more independently and rotate through the teams in the SMB & Schools department in a 4-month rhythm.
With increasing training time, your responsibility also increases: In the third training year, you will already know all your strengths and bring them into a team that suits you daily. In this team, you will also work on your final project, which we will continuously support and guide you both technically and mentally. During the apprenticeship, we already enable you to acquire certifications in the technical field. On the one hand, this validates the quality of our training, and on the other hand, the content of the certification courses will help you with the final exams.

Requirements

A convincing Realschulabschluss or good Fachhochschulreife. Abitur graduates are also welcome.
You have paid attention in German, English, and Mathematics, and your grades reflect that.
You already have a driver's license for a car.

In our in-house repair center, we also focus on repairing instead of disposing and thus save many tons of electronic waste annually. An important side effect of this: by repairing used devices and making them available on the secondary market, people with little budget can also afford good IT. This makes us particularly proud!
