Responsibilities

In your role as an apprentice mechatronics technician, you will:

• Learn the basics of mechanics and electronics
• Perform maintenance and repairs on technical systems in the railway network
• Use modern measuring and testing devices to locate faults
• Test electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems to ensure our railway network operates smoothly
• Gain knowledge about the maintenance of level crossings, switches, and signals

Requirements

• Successful completion of school with at least a qualifying secondary school diploma, recognized in Germany
• German language skills at least at B2 level
• Enjoyment of technology and teamwork
• Strong knowledge in mathematics and physics
• Reliability and a hands-on attitude
• High attention to detail
