• Technical Enthusiasm & Manual Dexterity: You enjoy working with tools and machines and want to understand how things are made? Perfect!
• Spatial Reasoning: Understanding plans, drawings, and measurements comes naturally to you – or you are eager to learn.
• Accuracy & Precision: You work conscientiously and want to proudly say, "I built this part."
• Team Spirit & Initiative: You like to contribute, help others, and take on responsibility.
• Basic Mathematics: Geometry, units of measurement, and simple calculations are part of our work – we will help you with this.
• School Diploma? Of course – but your motivation matters more! A Hauptschule or Realschule diploma is a good foundation. What's more important: You want to learn and get involved.
