During Your Training

You will primarily be deployed in our Managed Print Services department. There, you will learn to professionally install, configure, operate, and maintain modern printing, copying, and scanning solutions as well as the associated technical systems.

You will assist in setting up and connecting devices and systems, perform functional tests, and help with maintenance and troubleshooting of technical issues. Furthermore, you will learn to handle scan software solutions, follow-me printing concepts, print server environments, and driver support in various customer systems. Additionally, instructing and supporting customers in the use of the deployed solutions is part of your tasks.

Responsibilities

Collaboration in the Managed Print Services department
Installation, configuration, and commissioning of modern printing, copying, and scanning solutions
Setup and maintenance of scan software solutions, follow-me printing concepts, and print server environments
Support in driver support and technical connection to various customer systems
Conducting maintenance, service, and repair work
On-site or support analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues
Testing devices and systems for function, security, and operational readiness
Instruction and support of customers in the use of the deployed solutions
Familiarization with related topics from service, support, and modern office communication

Requirements

Abitur, Fachhochschulreife, or a good Fachoberschulreife
Interest in technology, IT, and modern communication and printing solutions
Enthusiasm for practical activities and technical contexts
Reliability, willingness to learn, and commitment
Careful and independent working style
Friendly demeanor and enjoyment in dealing with customers
Driver's license class B and openness to travel
