Responsibilities

• You answer inquiries about consumer loans - by phone, email, or live chat
• You support our customers with initial questions and find a suitable solution for every problem
• You work closely with our loan advisors (m/w/d), assist with administrative tasks, and provide support for questions about using our app
• You ensure the reliable maintenance and documentation of all relevant data

Requirements

• First professional experience from internships or similar
• Strong customer orientation and service readiness
• Communication skills, a sympathetic manner, and friendliness
• Goal-oriented and conscientious work approach as well as reliability
• Very good German language skills in speech and writing
• Proficient MS Office skills
• At least 8 hours of working time per week, ideally during off-peak hours, and willingness to work on-site in the office
