About the Position

Priac is currently recruiting an Automation Systems Operations Technician (m/f) to join its Customer Service Department in Braga.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate building automation and control systems;
• Analyse alarms, incidents, and system information;
• Provide support and assistance to operators and users;
• Record interventions, incidents, and results;
• Liaise with customers and technical teams.

Requirements

• Analytical skills, critical thinking, and a strong sense of responsibility;
• Ability to understand technical systems and equipment;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Organisation and autonomy;
• Enjoy working as part of a team and interacting with customers;
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills;

Salary

Monthly Salary: 1000 € - 1500 €
