About the Position
We are hiring an Automation Tester with 3+ years experience in automation testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automated testing.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated tests using tools like Selenium and Cypress.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven).
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate CI/CD processes and tools.
- Lead automation projects and provide guidance to junior testers.
- Perform tests independently and report findings.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in automation testing.
- Expertise in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.
- Solid understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Page Object Model, Data-Driven).
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, etc.
- Ability to lead automation projects and collaborate effectively with teams.
- Capability to perform independently.
Non-Technical Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English). The candidate would interact with clients worldwide.
- Passionate about web and ability to learn new technologies.
Desired Qualification
- A professional degree (BSc IT/BCA/MCA/BTech/BE) from a recognized university.
