Automotive Project Manager

About the Position

Join TMC as an Automotive Project Manager, leading projects from concept to production in high-standard industries.

Responsibilities

• Follow the complete project development, starting from business definition to start of production
• Define and monitor the project masterplan, considering cost-time-quality targets
• Be the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Participate and manage cross-functional team meetings
• Define and implement best practices to improve project feasibility
• Support identification and resolution of anomaly root causes

Requirements

• MSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with a focus on vehicle engineering
• Good technical background and engineering approach to issues and analysis
• Previous experience in a similar role and/or technical role in high-standard industries will be considered a plus
• 2+ years of professional experience
• Availability for occasional short business trips
• Good proficiency in MS Office for reporting activities
• Native/bilingual Italian language proficiency, Professional English language required

We Offer

• Permanent employment contract
• Gross Annual Salary starting at €37,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services
• Competitive compensation package including project profit-sharing, individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance
