About the Position

AWS Data Engineer, remote

The client is a world-leading company producing construction and construction-related materials and components.

Responsibilities

• Be an end-to-end owner of software services spanning technology boundaries.
• Responsible for infrastructure and pipelines – both development of new artefacts and daily maintenance of existing ones.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and project plans.
• Work collaboratively with multiple teams to deliver quality software.
• Support operation of services in production.

Requirements

• Implement the Tracking and Data Analytics recommended architecture.
• Configure S3 to persist tracking data to the buckets.
• Configure Glue to transform the data.
• Configure Glue Crawlers to load data to the Glue Catalog.
• Configure Athena to query the data from the Catalog.
• Configure QuickSight to query the data from the Catalog.
• English - Intermediate+ (both written and verbal).
