Azure Chatbot Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a talented and experienced Azure Chatbot Developer with a strong background in Azure technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of various Azure services, including but not limited to Bot Framework, Bot Framework Composer, Power Virtual Agents (PVA), Azure DevOps CI/CD, Language Studio, and Azure Cognitive Search.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain chatbots using Azure Bot Framework, Bot Framework Composer, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Implement and optimize chatbot interactions for various channels including MS Teams, Web Chat, Direct Line, and ServiceNow.
• Work on agent handoff scenarios and integrations with Omnichannel solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance chatbot functionalities.
• Utilize Azure services such as Azure Functions, App Services, and Bot Services for scalable and efficient solutions.
• Implement and optimize agent handoff processes within Power Virtual Agents.
• Work with various languages including JavaScript/Node.js, C#, and .NET for bot development.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate chatbots with Azure Cloud SaaS and IaaS services.
• Implement and optimize search functionalities using Azure Cognitive Search.
• Manage and optimize Azure services such as Firewall, CDN, Load Balancer, and other infrastructure components.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying chatbots on Azure using Bot Framework, Bot Framework Composer, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Proficient in programming languages such as JavaScript/Node.js, C#, and .NET.
• Experience in agent handoff processes with PVA, Omnichannel, MS Teams, Web Chat, Direct Line, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of Azure services including Azure Functions, App Services, and Bot Services.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud SaaS and IaaS services, Firewall, CDN, Load Balancer.
• Experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
