About the Position
Azure DevOps Engineer
We are seeking an Azure DevOps Engineer to join our Technology Development Team for cloud software application platform development and support to meet the new stage of the digitalization and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve CI/CD tooling
- Implement and improve monitoring and alerting on cloud-based workloads
- Build and maintain highly available and secure cloud-based systems
- Routinely assess infrastructure for reliability and security, including network and source code vectors
- Keep up-to-date cloud-based workloads such as container images, Kubernetes cluster versions, and application runtimes
- Design and implement automated scripts as appropriate for all tasks
- Assist application developers by identifying issues reactively and performing root-cause analysis, escalating as appropriate
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering, or related field, or significant equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of generic containerization and Functions as a Service workloads
- Strong familiarity with Cloud providers, preferably Azure
- Strong understanding of Git and CI/CD pipelines ecosystem
- Familiarity with Linux systems
- Familiarity with Kubernetes administration
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a preference for team-based work
- A desire to work with and contribute to an energetic and engaged team of technology
- Detail-oriented, even when faced with multiple deadlines on multiple projects
- An interest in continuous learning and experimenting in the benefit of delivering value to users
