About the Position
Job Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and qualifying potential clients for our software development services. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of our software development services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify and qualify potential clients
- Utilize various sales tools and techniques to engage with prospects and move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement targeted outreach campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential client organizations
- Keep detailed records of all sales activities in our CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar sales or business development role, preferably in the software development industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with prospects at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies is a plus
