About the Position

As an alternating B2B Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support within the B2B sales department. You will work closely with Thibault and Guillaume to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes, customer management, sales follow-up, and contribute to the growth of the company's commercial activities.

Your missions:

• Contact customers after their purchase to improve and optimize their experience
• Analyze the customer journey and identify areas for improvement
• Follow up on quotes, process orders, and ensure smooth delivery
• Collaborate with sellers, stores, and other departments
• Administratively manage customer information and B2B customer cards
• Manage the inbox of emails from corporate clients
• Manage all JYSK customer software tools

Qualifications

• You are preparing a bac+3 or bac+5 degree in commerce, sales, customer relations, or digital marketing

• Prior internship or apprenticeship experience is a plus

• You have excellent written and oral communication skills, your French is impeccable

• You have a good grasp of English (to participate in international team meetings)

• You know how to work independently and in a team

• Computer skills are a plus

• You work proactively and like to adopt a pragmatic approach

• You work with enthusiasm, you are sociable

Additional Information

The position is based at our head office in Peltre (Metz), France.

We offer a 1-year apprenticeship contract, for a start date as soon as possible (the start date can be discussed between JYSK and the selected candidate).
