Your Tasks

• Research: Investigate the theoretical foundations of high-precision time synchronization using the PTP protocol.
• Development: Develop, implement, and test a PTP embedded software module on an STM32 microcontroller.
• Evaluation: Assess and implement time measurement mechanisms, such as clock accuracy, synchronization, or network communication performance.
• Measurement: Conduct measurements to qualify the developed software module.

Your Profile

• Education: Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Initial experience in hardware-related programming, e.g., with C.
• Interest: Interest in microcontroller architectures and embedded development.
• Skills: Network knowledge is advantageous. Analytical thinking and a structured, self-reliant working approach. Enthusiasm and interest in the innovative IT world. Good German and English language skills.
