Back-End Engineer (Node.js)

We are seeking a skilled Back-End Engineer (Node.js) to join our team. You will build and maintain backend services, integrate with various systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services supporting the Composer platform
• Integrate backend services with CMS, PIM, DAM, and CRM systems through APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver and improve backend solutions
• Participate in production support and take ownership of resolving business-critical incidents
• Contribute to CI/CD improvements, monitoring, and observability
• Maintain technical documentation and share knowledge within the team

Requirements

• Professional experience in backend development
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of REST and/or GraphQL APIs and service integrations
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments, preferably GCP
• Experience supporting production environments and troubleshooting critical issues
• Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Contentful or Optimizely is a plus
• Experience with React, Preact, or other lightweight frontend technologies is a plus
• Experience working on large-scale digital platforms, particularly in retail, is a plus
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot is a plus
