We're in search of a skilled Back-end Software Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate directly with our Product Owner to drive the development of our mobile applications. As a Senior PHP (Symfony) Developer, you'll be responsible for crafting robust APIs (API Platform) that empower our mobile applications. Additionally, you'll occasionally contribute to front-end pieces powered by React.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to develop mobile applications
- Craft robust APIs using API Platform
- Occasionally contribute to front-end pieces using React
Requirements
- 5+ years of PHP experience
- 3+ years of Symfony or Laravel experience
- 5+ years of RDBMS experience (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
- Knowledge of Redis / Memcached
- Experience with ElasticSearch
- Understanding of OOP principles
- Familiarity with ORM (Object-Relational Mapping)
- Docker proficiency
- Skills in testing frameworks (PHPUnit, Codeception, Blackfire)
- Experience with Message Brokers (RabbitMQ / Kafka)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools
- RESTful API development skills
- Understanding of SOLID principles and PSR standards
- Proficiency in Git
- Experience with JIRA
- Familiarity with Agile processes
- Participation in Code Review process
Nice to Have
- Experience with API Platform
- Familiarity with Kubernetes
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (GC, AWS, Azure)
