About the Position

Join Titan as a Backend Developer to shape the future of digital engagement on the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security in a remote, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead production releases with precision.
• Be a meaningful part of our backend development team.
• Champion deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production systems.
• Ensure the unwavering availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems.
• Lead the charge in creating, releasing, and configuring production systems.
• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge technology alternatives and vendor products.
• Tackle system troubleshooting and problem resolution across diverse application domains and platforms.
• Conduct pre-production acceptance testing to uphold quality assurance.
• Fortify critical system security through best practices and robust cloud security solutions.
• Drive architecture and process improvements through insightful recommendations.
• Define and deploy systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on the AWS platform.
• Design, maintain, and manage automation tools for various operational processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Backend Developer with deep expertise and hands-on experience in AWS services, including EC2, S3, VPC, CloudFront, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, SQS, SES, ElastiCache (Redis), Lambda, NGINX, OpenSearch, ALB, ASG, Aurora/MySQL.
• Proficiency in securing AWS environments and meeting compliance requirements, including AWS WAF.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Linux administration at an advanced level.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English (B2) and Ukrainian.
• Proficiency with node.js is considered an advantage.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is also considered an advantage.
