We are seeking a Senior Baufinanzierungsspezialist with extensive experience in Baufinanzierung to join our team in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on Baufinanzierung.
• Conduct professional video consultations, even for complex financing situations.
• Demonstrate high customer and sales orientation.
• Exhibit strong self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Bankkaufmann (m/w/d), Versicherungskaufmann (m/w/d) (Fachrichtung Finanzen), Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Valid proof of aptitude according to § 34i GewO.
• Several years of professional experience in Baufinanzierung consulting, ideally in digital or telephone sales.
• Sovereign and professional demeanor in video consultations.
• Strong customer and sales focus with high self-motivation and a sense of responsibility for results.
• Fluent German skills (C2) and excellent communication skills.
