Band 5 MMT Pharmacy Technician

About the Position

We are seeking a Band 5 MMT Pharmacy Technician for a temporary role in Central London, offering medicines management support and patient counseling.

Responsibilities

• Provide ward-based medicines management support
• Conduct medicines reconciliation
• Offer patient counseling
• Work closely with clinical teams to ensure safe and effective medicines use

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months NHS or private hospital experience
• Right to Work in the UK
• GPhC registration
• External MMPT accreditation
• Strong medicines reconciliation and ward-based experience
• Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
