Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Medicine

About the Position

We are seeking a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Medicine to provide clinical pharmacy support in Oxford, specializing in acute medical wards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy support to acute medical wards
• Perform medicines reconciliation
• Conduct clinical screening
• Optimize therapy for acutely unwell patients
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs)
• Support ward rounds
• Deliver safe, evidence-based medicines advice in line with NHS acute pathways

Requirements

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Minimum 6 months of NHS experience
• Experience within acute or general medicine
• Right to Work in the UK
