Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Medicine

Join Cpl UK Healthcare as a Band 7 Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Medicine in Oxford, providing essential pharmacy support to acute medical wards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy support to acute medical wards
• Perform medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and optimisation of therapy for acutely unwell patients
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and support ward rounds
• Deliver safe, evidence-based medicines advice in line with NHS acute pathways

Requirements

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist
• Minimum 6 months NHS experience
• Experience within acute or general medicine
• Right to Work in the UK
