About the Position
We are seeking a Band 8a Clinical Pharmacist – Acute Medicine to provide advanced clinical pharmacy support in Oxford, UK.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical pharmacy support to acute medical wards
- Include complex clinical screening, medicines optimisation, and leadership input to MDTs
- Support consultant-led ward rounds
- Advise on high-risk medicines
- Contribute to service development and governance within acute medicine
Requirements
- GPhC-registered Pharmacist
- Significant NHS hospital experience
- Experience within acute or general medicine
- Right to Work in the UK
