About the Role
As a Bank Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for reconciling bank transactions, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of financial data for leading healthcare companies in the US.

Responsibilities
- Проведення щоденної та щомісячної звірки банківських рахунків
- Виявлення, аналіз та усунення розбіжностей у фінансових даних
- Перевірка транзакцій та відповідності внутрішнім записам
- Ведення точного обліку фінансових операцій
- Співпраця з внутрішніми командами для вирішення невідповідностей
- Підготовка звітів за результатами звірок
- Оптимізація процесів звірки та покращення точності даних
Requirements
- Впевнене володіння українською мовою
- Базовий розмовний рівень англійської
- Уважність до деталей та аналітичне мислення
- Досвід роботи з фінансами, бухгалтерією або звіркою рахунків буде перевагою
- Впевнене користування Excel (формули, таблиці)
- Високий рівень відповідальності та організованості
